I can't help but laugh when I see my Ashlee. She's such a happy little spirit all the time...even when she's fussing over something I can't help but laugh.
She's a complete daredevil - which may be the "grandmother curse" that my mom warned us kids about as I'm completely positive I gave my parents many scares way up into my adulthood.
She LOVES her Daddy - it's by far the most adorable thing to see her cuddle up with him.
She'll flirt like crazy from my lap with you, but don't you dare take her away. Yep - she's in the stranger danger mode, which I don't love because I'd love her to always go to her aunts/uncles/and grandparents, but since we aren't very close she doesn't know them well enough to leave Mom's lap very often.
She's petite so everyone is a little surprised when they see her sitting up in the shopping cart at the store and are even more surprised to learn that she's already trying to walk while holding onto things.
She really only wants to play with things that are not really toys - mom's wallet, the wipes, the bottle of Aquafor, mom's cell phone, etc.
If we are eating, she better be eating too - she will yell at you until you share or give her a baby mum cracker.
She has the best hair in the morning - total bedhead.
And of course - Christmas morning was pure delight as she learned how to rip through packages to uncover the fun things everyone got for her.
We love our little Ashlee Bug.
