We announced to people in person and on facebook and through just word of mouth, but somehow I forgot to put this on my blog!! But yes - we are pregnant. I'm officially 10 weeks today and moving right along. We found out I was pregnant on September 7th. Before I had the result I had plans to surprise Ed with the news in some cute and creative way, but once the home pregnancy test confirmed I was pregnant I couldn't wait to tell him so I went straight to his office and showed him the test. The look on his face was priceless.
I've been really lucky so far in that I really haven't had any morning sickness or nausea. I mean I quick passing here and there, but nothing extreme. My heart is my only annoyance. It seems to pound so hard. For the most part I can ignore it except occasional fits where it feels like nails scratching on a chalkboard and then it becomes hard to get my breathe. Thankfully that only happens occasionally and for most of the day I feel pretty okay - tired, but okay.
My midwife says my body will get used to it so we'll see. I'm looking forward to this coming week. We have our first ultrasound on Wednesday and I couldn't be more excited. So we'll see what happens!

I had no idea and never saw an announcement on Facebook. (at least not that I remember but life has been pretty crazy lately) Congratulations!! I am so excited for you!!
